the postmaster and the official were very generous people who were impressed by Lencho's faith in God and decided to help him by giving him all the money that they can manage to give. however they were only able to collect 70 pesos. nevertheless they decided to give it Ellen Show and sign the envelope as god. after Lencho saw the envelope and counted the money he found out the 30 pesos were missing... he assume that the Postmaster and his official stole the money that god gave to lencho. thus he mentions them as a bunch of Crooks
