Active Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject is performing the action.
Passive Voice refers to a sentence in which the subject undergoes the action. In other words, it is writing the sentence in reverse order.
Example: Ma'am gave her a worksheet to solve. (Active)
A worksheet was given to her by ma'am to solve. (Passive)
NOTE: Sentences that convey habitual actions cannot be changed to passive mode.
