The GPF, general provident fund is not available for everyone except the persons who working in the government sector.

Government employees who joined again in the government sector after the retirement and the temporary employees with not less than one year of service are also eligible for the GPF.

Recently the government has relaxed some norms for the withdrawal of GPF fund. As per the government norms there is no need for any documents by the subscriber for the withdrawal.
