Hello.
Explanation: George Washington is the first president of the United States. He was elected unanimously by the Electoral College after he leading the Continental Army in the Revolutionary War. As America was at the time a young country, there was effectively no campaign. He was elected unanimously by the Electoral College it against virtually no opposition. Although at the time, the two-term limit was not in place, then he left the office and right after eight years, to setting a precedent for the future president of the United States.
