Again, another one of these stupid questions.
No single person created the iPhone. You can’t even credit one person with the idea, although Apple lore tells us that Steve Jobs got the idea for the iPhone after seeing an iPad prototype.
The iPhone was one of the most complex machines Apple ever invented and was a massive, massive undertaking. No one person was in charge of anything. Therefore, no one person can be the creator of the iPhone.

Apple was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne in April 1976...
