Tarble was born in Planet Vegeta to King Vegeta and his wife. Making him the Saiyan Prince as well as his older brother, Prince Vegeta. Eventhough he's small and (sorry) short, he's older than Goku/Kakarot. Dumped by his family because he didn't suited for a combat and classified as low-class Saiyan.
