To this question there seems to be some difference of opinion. I think Prof. Hiralal Chaudhary is more authentic answer.
Blue revolution relates to water, fisheries and marine farming.
Late Prof. Dr. Hiralal Chaudhary former expert/scientist at FAO and Central Inland Fisheries is considered as the father of Induced Breeding.
According to some sources Dr Hiralal Chaudhary is also considered as the Father of Blue revolution in India.
According to a few references, Dr Arun Krishnan is considered as Father of Blue revolution.
Funny it is that I cannot find the reference and resume of Dr Arun Krishnan... whereas about Prof. Hiralal Chaudhary , a lot of information is available...
