Homosapiens is the scientific name of humans. All creatures on this earth.. plants, animals and humans have scientific names.

Modern man is called homosapien sapien, to differentiate from early humans.(homosapien)

But if you meant homosimian (instead of homosepian) it means humourously people behaving like chimps and monkeys or monkeys and apes behaving like humans.

For example an ape smokes cigarettes in a zoo in Indonesia.
