Kulbhushan Jadhav is an ex Naval officer who was kidnapped by the talibani and arrested by the pakistani on their borders on 3 march 2016. Pakistan filled an charge sheet against him in pakistani military court and found him guilty and treated him as Indian Raw's spy. Pakistani military court decided to give him capital punishment.
