AN IPS IS MORE POWERFUL BUT IF THE ADVOCATE WILL GET ANY POWERFUL EVIDENCE AGAINST THE IPS , THEN IT WILL BE IN ADVOCATES HAND TO MANAGE HIS LIFE.
