Muhammad bin Tughluq (also Prince Fakhr Malik Jauna Khan, Ulugh Khan; died 20 March 1351) was the Sultan of Delhi from 1325 to 1351. He was the eldest son of Ghiyas -ud -Din -Tughlaq, the founder of the Tughluq dynasty. His wife was the daughter of the Raja of Dipalpur.

He was the ruler from 1324 CE -1351 CE. He was one of the most learned and acomplished schloars of his time. He is known as a wise fool as he started the token currency during his rule which have the same value as gold and silver coins but people used fake coins to pay taxes to government and the foreign countries refused to take the coins made of copper (The token currency).
