Second P.M. of India was Lal Bahadur Shastri.
Officially Second P.M. was Lal Bahadur Shastri though Gulzarilal Nanda only acted as the P.M. two times and was the P.M. after the death of Jawaharal Nehru.
But since India is a democracy
therefore the Prime Minister who is the executive head of nation should be elected which the later earlier wasn't.
So Lal Bahadur Shastri was the second Prime minister of India officially speaking.
