the un-employed category from
outside the labour force after having
completed some employem- maybe
of some family responsibility or
education or military service.

There is one group which enters the
labour market for the first time and do
not get employment. A second group is
on which enters the labour market after
a certain period of retirement and are
unable to find employment. Such
people though having work experience
are not eligible to receive
unemployment insurance
compensation
