Shri Prakash Shukla or Shiv Prakash Shukla was an Indian gangster and contract killer active during the 1990s majorly in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
He was killed on 22 September 1998 in an encounter with the UP STF.
He was about 25 at the time of his death.
