he said, “You won’t be able to walk in these but if you can slide along, you can get your ice cream.”Then he lifted the girl up and set her feet into the shoes. “Take your time,” he said. “I get tired of moving them around and it will feel good to just sit here and eat my ice cream.” The girl’s eyes lit up. She immediately went to the counter and ordered her ice cream.He was a big man, all right. Big belly, big shoes, but most of all, he had a big heart.All rights reserved. A large man exited the store after the small girl, who left cautiously.
• He observed the young girl reading the sign that stated, "No Bare Feet," as she stood in front of the shop. As she left the store, tears began to fall down her face. The bigman called her right then. He removed his size-12 shoes and set them in front of the girl while he was seated on a bench. You won't be able to walk in these, he explained, but if you can slide along, you can still have your ice cream. He then raised the young woman and placed her feet inside the shoes. He said, "Take your time.
• I grow weary of relocating them, so it will feel wonderful to sit here and enjoy my ice cream. The girl had bright eyes. She quickly made her way to the counter and placed her ice cream order. Without a doubt, he was a large man. He had a big heart above all else, a big belly, and big shoes.
