There are many cruel rituals and acts such as , sati pratha and child marriage which is made by the people on the name of god. Because men wants to make them superior. In earlier days, there are many movement against it and finally, some actions which was cruel for women were abolished but not completely.

In the present time also, women are suffering a lot of cruel acts, such as rape and abduction.Just because criminality is still there in our country.

In my point of view, people themselves are responsible for the poor condition of women.
