For me I agree that the government should responsible to reduce the he amount of rubbish produced

Why im saying that?Because when the government implemented a plan to reduce garbage, the plan can be executed very well because there are many who would support and help.Also the government have many advantage to manage the rubbish because they control all the facilities who manage the rubbish.I give the example when some of the NGO(Non-Government Organization) doing some event about how to manage and clean up the rubbish in country,maybe that event does not received good response compared to government.TQ ^^,
