Answer: Santosh Yadav is the first Indian to climb the Mount Everest. She is also the youngest climber to scale the Mount Everest twice.

She belonged to a rich family, she had 5 elder brothers. She went to Jaipur for studying, and her hostel was near the Aravalli ranges, she used to see the mountaineers climbing the mountains and suddenly disappearing. She once thought to try that herself, she went and met a group of mountaineers who told her about climbing mountains. It was the start of her journey and then she got interest in that and today she has her name written in the history.
