The Auther of this text is Mr Liyaqat Ali khan, The was born on 1st octember in 1895 & died in 16th octember in 1951, he was right hand a Mohamad Ali jinnah & he was also Elected as a first prime minister of Pakistan, This speech is delivered by him at the University of Kansas U.S.A. in 1950.
