Mir Quasim

Mir, not satisfying the British greed, was deposed and Mir Quasim became nawab in 1760. Mir Quasim then was deposed in 1763 and replaced by Mir Jafar again. Mir Quasim fled to Awadh. Shuja-ud-Daulah, the nawab of Awadh, formed an alliance with him and the Mughal Emperor Shah Alam II.
