consumer is anyone who consume the goods and services,
some problems face by consumers because of ads are
(1) some times ads show false information like containts of product etc ,that is not good from consumer point of view
(2) advertisement do concentrate on people that are not the potential customer of their product that may hurt their sentiments ,like some advertisement show only rich people cause they know the product is for rich people only and it may hurt the sentiment of poor people
(3) advertisement may puzzle people ,what to buy and what not to ( it can help consumer in this way too)
(4) advertisment ask people to buy good using their sentiments that too may hurt the feelings of some people ,like buy this product if you love your child ,etc etc
