Who is the father of algebra
Answers
Answer:
Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi
Answer:
Well, many say it all started purely from the contributions of the great Egyptians when Pythagoras gave the Theorem on the solutions to a^2 + b^2 = c^2 in a right angled triangle and today it's all come down to The Fermat's Last Theorem about non integral solutions to the equation a^n + b^n = c^n for n>2
However, truly appreciating this marvelous attempt to modernize and develop algebra there have been many giant and great mathematicians but truly in my opinion the Father as decided for Algebra should be Euler, he has his mark in each and every topic of modern day mathematics, be it Pure Geometry , Combinatorics, Number Theory , you name it and he's got it ! I recommend you to read more of his works and insights from the book Hall and Knight, which is given by Arihant Series, very affordable and amazing books, Again Hall and Knight were two great mathematicians of modern 19th century algebra !
Hope this helps you !
