Biology is the study of living organisms . The great Greek scientist Aristotle is often considered as Father of Biology . But as biology has several branches , many people are father of certain branches . For example ---

i) Father of anatomy -- Andreas Vesalius

ii) Father of Cytology -- Robert Hooke

iii)Birdman of India -- Salim Ali

iv) Father of eugenics --- Francis Galton .

v) Father of blood groups --- Landsteiner .

So, how can we neglect the pioneer contribution. That's why he is known as "father of biology".
