According to ancient Indian religion,
Lord durga was not daughter of any other god. Durga got created by Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh (Shankar).
She was created to destroy a danger demon in the period named MahishaSura.
As MahishaSura could not be beaten by other gods, Durga was created and destroyed him.
