FYI, United Kingdom never had Presidents. You see, the UK is a constitutional monarchy, where the monarch is the Head of State and the Prime Minister is the Head of Government.

However, if you are talking about the first Prime Minister, Sir Robert Walpole is the first P.M of the UK.
