Answer:

Banke - one with 3 bends

Bihari means - Supereme enjoyer.

But the legend is as follows :

Around 16th century, in the forest of Nidhivan existed a staunch devotee and also said to be Guru of 'Tansen. His name was Haridas, who lineage is said to be still continuing in Brij. It is said his songs and devotion was so pure and so heart touching that even Non living things came to life. That is the reason why devotion there is more focused by music.

He always used to be immersed in songs and devotion of his 'Kishore and 'Kishori'. One day his student asked

" why don't your kishore and kishori give darshan to us ?"

To which Haridas replied :

" Spread the word and inform everyone that they are to be arrive "

Next day, through his devotion both of them appeared before the people of Vrindavan, It was a sight to behold for everyone.

" We will stay here" they declared.

" It is not possible to do so much of shringar for both of you, I can manage for shyam but you O shama, i am not capable enough to do your shringar, i cannot manage it everyday, please for the sake of us why dont you stay in a single form"

And at that time they both merged into a single form of Shri Bankey Bihari, the spot where it happened is still in Nidhivan and regularly they keep Shringar, Daatun, Laadu which is indeed used by the almighty.
