The real head of a democratic country is the citizen of that particular country. This is because he has the full authority to exercise his democratic right of choosing and electing the leader who he feels has the qualities of leading the country top the right direction. They have the voice of rectifying their leaders whenever they feel they are doing what is not expected out and the power to vote him out if he is not delivering.
