Kautilya also known as Chanakya or Vishnugupta was the chief minister to Chandragupta of Mouryan dynasty has written Arthsashtra. Arthasashtra was was written in prose but also it included 380 shlokas. Kautilya wrote in this book how state's economy is maintained, how ministers has to be chosen,how war should be conducted,how taxation should be implemented was written in detailed in this master piece of work.
