Well don't be confused, let me clear your confusion.
Actually, TheBrain isn't a bot, it's operated by someone, and I am sorry, I can't tell who operate it. But it isn't a bot.
And brainly veteran is a rank which is given to the moderator who have left the Moderator post and team, but as they have contributed a lot, they get this rank. So in a way, brainly veterans are the ex-moderators.

The brain is not a bot but a user operated by a Moderator. His/her name can't be displayed as it's supposed to be kept as secret.
So, just don't get confused with it.
Now talking about brainly veterans , they are those Moderator whose contribution in brainly is highly appreciating but due to some personal reasons left Moderators team and are provided with the rank of Brainly veterans.
