Turkey suffered injustice at the hands of the British after the First World war. Ali brothers- Muhammad Ali and Shaukat Ali, started Khilafat Movement against the British to undo the injustices. Later on, under the leadership of Gandhiji, the khilafat movement become a part of Indian national struggle.
