As the flash floods slowed down the progress in setting up the online network for the prestigious Dharani portal, the Telangana government has rescheduled the launch on Oct 29.

The state's biggest e-governance portal - Dharani, which is going to radically transform the way the land records are issued and maintained with total online operation, was earlier planned to be launched on Dasara festival, Oct 25.
