The Prime minister asked for Lokpal Bill drafts of Dr. Jayaprakashnarayan of Loksatta Party and Aruna roy social activists to be discussed and debate.
Loksatta Party (FDR) which got RTI act in 2005 also drafted Lokpal bill and arranged round tabled with eminent citizen of the country and finally came up with version which was finally passed.
Loksatta also made sure Lokpal is passed under Article 253 by convincing all members which will make Lokayuka similar to lokpal mandatory to all States of the country within 365 day.
As part of anti corruption framework. Loksatta also drafted Right to Service Bill and already tabled in parliament soon to be pass.
