Anonymous: In the parliamentary form of government the laws are framed in Parliament while it acts a legislature. The Executive has the responsibility to implement the laws enacted. Rt he judiciary has the responsibility to validate or invalidate any law enacted if it goes agianst the Constitutional provisions.

Difference between a Bill and an Act. Legislative proposals are brought before either house of the Parliament of India in the form of a bill. A bill is the draft of a legislative proposal, which, when passed by both houses of Parliament and assented to by the President, becomes an Act of Parliament.
