Judge because he is entitled to give justice.
According to our constitution, before prosecution of someone trial is necessary and moreover what if any criminal lodges a complaint against victim. Then, the victim has the full right to approach high court or to the Supreme Court. Therefore, the judge should remain impartial and listen to both sides before giving any statement.
