Who must maintain accounts under GST? Every registered person whose turnover during a financial year exceeds the prescribed limit (2 crore) will get his accounts audited by a chartered accountant or a cost accountant.

Every supplier shall be liable where he makes a taxable supply of goods or services or both, if his aggregate turnover in a financial year exceeds 20 lakh rupees.
