Delhi Agreement was opposed by Dr. K.L. Singh and some other people. It couldn't include all the factions.Some wanted powerful King. Some people were with the opinion that the agreement was done without the complete success of the revolution. Rest of the opponents wanted republic as stated in the proclamation.
