Scrum Teams” includes all threeScrum roles. So this would presume that the entire Scrum Team owns the intrinsic quality. However, the Guide also states that the Product Owner is responsible for “Optimizing the value of the work the Development Teamperforms.”

- Product owner owns quality in a scrum team.
- There are three roles in scrum team : Product owner, Development team, Scrum Master.
- Product owner is responsible for maximizing return on Investment(ROI), by identifying product features. His/Her roles are Analysis of Product Vision, Management of Backlog, Coodrdination with scrum master and Modulating Development team.
- Development team is collection of individual working together to develop and deliver the committed product increments.
- Scrum master increases buisness values. He/She is not the head of team rather just serves the team and helps team to adopt agile development practices.
