Answer. oesophageal sphincter

Explanation:

from mouth food is passed to oropharynx with the help of oesophageal sphincter as it open now it allow to the food to enter in pharynx after the process glutination i.e is chewing of food and now we call it bolus not food. now the process of prestalisis is started i.e. a wave like movement of muscle. which causes bolus to move further.

when food is passes through the oropharynx here a leaf like structure is present which help to prevent food enter into larynx as it close th larynx and now pharynx is open so the passage of food in pharynx is clear now so the bolus can easily passes to stomach.
