The presidation of the parliament is not defined by a particular member as it is mainly called by President and presided over by the Speaker,but in the absence of the speaker, it is presided by the Deputy speaker of Lok Sabha and in case if now also there is absence then it is presided by the Deputy chairman of Rajya Sabha.
