actually in palampur one third of the population have no land or less than 2 hectares of land for farming so they did not grow more crops and also they did not fulfill their needs. so they take loan from big farmers to fulfill their needs and in return they have to work as a farm labourer for big farmers and there is also heavy competition in palampur so small farmers ready to work at big farmers land even at low cost...
