The father of our nation, Mahatma Gandhi told those quotes and he also said that the villages are the homes of the farmers.

And so he said those quotes because if there are no farmers then none of us would get any kind of food to eat.

And none of the farmers live in the city since the farms are available only in the villages and the cities are full of buildings, where there is no space for the trees to be planted.
