Who rescued the lost child? What did he offer to buy him?​

The lost child was seen actually by a man who wanted to help him find his parents.......He offered each and everything which was in the surrounding area such as chocolates ,ballons, many such sweets etc...... to make him stop cry and help him......but the boy refused to take those as he wanted all those from his parents itself.
