Chanakya, the famous philosopher from India was the writer of “Arthashastra”, the treatise that was considered to be a milestone in Indian politics and strategies of war. He was responsible for creating the empire of the Mauryas. Chanakya had other names too, such as Kautilya nd Vishnugupta and was also renowned as the advisor of the Mauryan empire.
