First, find out where they are getting in and why they like the atmosphere in your bedroom so much. After finding out exactly where they are getting in, lay a layer of salt in their path. Works on slugs. Use a tweezer to pick them up.

Also, check outside of the window to see if a layer of salt can be put outside. Then you wouldn’t have dead snails in your room.
