   In accordance to Article 71 of the Constitution of Indian, all disputes/doubts stemming from or in relation to the election of a President/Vice-"President shall be inquired" into and "decided by the" India's Supreme Court. Any disputes ensuing with regard to election of the President/vice-President are petitioned to the highest judicial and constitutional court and final appellate court in India, the Supreme Court of India.

  The petition is generally heard by a 5-member bench who decided the matter. The Supreme Court's decision is final on such matters.
