An electron charge is ONLY a constituent of matter for its charge neutralization capability for that matter. It is NOT the only charge that neutralizes matter, as ALL CHARGEs (mono-charge, particle, nuclei, molecule,……) in the Universe are charge force required to be attracted to opposite charges, move toward them and join with them to become overall charge neutral.

In MC Physics theory, strong opposite charge type mono-charges joined together to form NET charged quark particles, opposite charged quark particles joined to form NET positive charged protons, positive charged protons joined with negative electron charges to form mostly overall NET neutral atoms. Neutrino and photonic mono-charges then finalized the neutralization of matter.
