⭕After the first world war, the condition of Germany was very bad and the king of Germany was defeated hence, there was no one to control and administrate the country.

⭕The groups from various parts of country united and formed a democratic form of government and the name given to that government was "Weimer Republic".

⭕The supporters of Weimer Republic were socialists, democrats and Catholics.

⭕They were called as "November Criminals" because they signed a treaty named "Treaty of Versailles". This treaty mentioned that all the resources of Germany would be taken by allied powers for the compensation of war add the war was first started by Germany. This was a very bad and humiliating for Germany and after that the people of Germany hated the Weimer Republic a lot.

⭕The Weimer Republic signed this treaty on 11 November 1918 and for this the people believed them as criminals. Because of this only they were known as "November Criminals".
