The law making in India is the primary function of the legislature which comprises of the state and central legislatures. The bill is introduced by the private person, a political party or any anybody else. The bill if a money bill can only be introduced with the prior permission of the speaker of the lower house. The bill if passed by both the houses, the president accents, the bill is passsed as an act and becomes a law.
