Brahmasastra were supernatural weapons used in the war of Mahabharata and are collectively called Brahma weapons.

Arjuna wasn't TAUGHT to use Brahmasastra, neither did he use it during the war. He learnt it himself.

Otherwise, Dronacharya taught Arjun everything he knew.
