21x/4 - 3/4 - [4x-1-x/2] = 2x+3/2
so, 21x/4 - 3/4 - 4x+1+x/2 = 2x+3/2
= 21x-3-8x+2+2x/2 = 2x+3
23x-8x-1 = 4x + 6
15x - 1 = 4x + 6
so, 11x = 7
so, x = 7/11
